Empower Women Counseling is growing! We are a feminist oriented, attachment focused, trauma based therapy practice located in the South Suburbs of Chicago.
Our specialties include developmental trauma, attachment, perinatal and post partum, women’s issues, and motherhood. We offer EMDR, Brainspotting, and Ego State therapy as our primary interventions to treat simple and complex trauma.
We are looking for like minded clinicians to join our team.
Job Requirements

Ideally looking for a LCSW or LCPC with current Illinois licensure but will consider a LSW or LPC. Candidates must have knowledge or background in providing psychotherapy with trauma informed care.

Special consideration given to candidates with experience in trauma, women’s issues, and/or attachment.

This is a W2 position with a competitive rate

Weekly Supervision included for non clinical employees

Part time 15-20 hours to start with opportunity to expand to full time

Telehealth and in office

Billing is provided

Marketing and referrals are included

Opportunities for paid EMDR training after completing one year of service
