My practice focuses on empowering and supporting women through some of their most challenging life transitions.
Some of my specialities include: healing childhood developmental
trauma, navigating attachment issues, adjustment to motherhood, and processing traumatic events in adulthood.
As a feminist & attachment focused trauma therapist -I create a secure place where clients not only face their biggest fears but leave feeling empowered to set boundaries in their personal relationships. I can strengthen your resolve, increase your hope, and most importantly - help you recognize your own power during this difficult time.
